Hilly run in Primrose Hill park. Pushed the pace on 8 hills to 7:30-7:45. There were 2 hills in the loop, one medium steep that took me 1:00 to climb, and second, very steep, but short, that took 0:35 to climb. So I kept running loops accelerating on the hills. It wasn't a true fartlek, because the recovery was too long, but I felt like it was a good workout nevertheless. I did a lot of steep downhill running too, but at an easy pace. In the end, I felt tired, but not completely dead. We'll see if I have any consequences tomorrow. Total time 1:04:38. Did 3x10 leg raises. |
